yep, fine webbing plus the pale speckling is textbook spider mites — they thrive in the warm, dry air around palms. isolate it from your other plants first, then rinse the whole thing in the shower, undersides especially, to knock the numbers down. after that, coat every leaf with insecticidal soap and repeat every 5–7 days for three rounds, because the eggs hatch in waves and one go never gets them all. nudging the humidity up makes your palm a lot less inviting to them.

the bit people skip is the undersides — that's where they actually live and breed. a cheap loupe is worth it so you can check the new growth is properly clear before you stop treating, otherwise they just bounce back.
