i repotted my snake plant last weekend and now two leaves are going soft and wrinkly at the same time. i watered it right after repotting like you are supposed to with other plants. did i just do the one thing you should never do to a snake plant?

kind of, yeah — watering straight after a repot is the classic snake-plant mistake. disturbing the roots leaves tiny wounds, and water on those in a plant built to sit dry is exactly how base rot starts. pull it out, check the base and roots for anything mushy or smelly, cut away anything soft with a clean blade, then leave it in dry mix for a week or two before watering. they would genuinely rather be bone dry right now.
