Make it stick
Two quick things that do more for retention than re-reading ever will: turn the module into if-then plans, then pull the key facts back from memory.
Tie it to something you already do
Finish each line — an intention pinned to an existing habit is far more likely to happen than a vague resolution.
- → If a plant looks droopy, then I will do the finger check before I decide whether it is thirsty or drowning.
- → If the soil is damp at a knuckle deep, then I will wait and check again tomorrow instead of watering.
- → If I finish watering, then I will empty the saucer or cover pot within half an hour.
- → If a pot I am buying has no drainage hole, then I will treat it as a cover pot only and keep the plant in one with holes.
